5 Star Review a great time saver

extexanwannbe - (October 23, 2006) I purchased the Graco Magnum dx sprayer. I love this sprayer. The last time I painted the exterior of a house, I took a week off of work and used a brush. It took me the entire week. I dreaded painting, given my past experience and I decided that I wasn't going to suffer like that again. I considered the Wagner Crew sprayer, but decided against it as one had to dump the paint into a hopper. I read one review on the Graco (favorable) and purchased it at HD. I chose to prime the house before paintin as well, which solidified my case to get an easier, faster way to get this done. I spent probably 2 hours taping up my bay window before painting, and it took me 10 minutes to do the painting aroun

5 Star Review A Great Airless Sprayer

tommyw - (June 29, 2006) I decided to try this sprayer after having several Wagner sprayers that were more trouble than they were worth. I was not disappointed with the Magnum dx. This is an awesome sprayer. I sprayed 10 gallons of semi-transparent stain on a fence and then applied two different latex exterior paints - almost 10 gallons - on the house. The ease of switching paints, and priming and then cleaning with the dx was just great. While a bit more money, I believe it is well worth it - you won't be disappointed with this airless sprayer.

5 Star Review SLC70XL Gourmet Slow Cooker

CMCM - (March 23, 2005) After reviewing virtually every slow cooker out there and visiting various stores to see things in person, I kept coming back to the Breville Slow Cooker because it looked interesting and different. Breville is an Australian/Canadian company, and their products aren't widely distributed yet in American stores. However, after seeing a Breville rice cooker (but not the slow cooker) in Macy's recently (only Breville product they had), and seeing how much nicer it looked than all the other brands I'd seen, I decided to order the 5.3 quart oval Breville slow cooker sight unseen from cooking.com. It arrived in about a week and was the most beautifully made slow cooker I've seen. Brushed chrome on

1 Star Review Not what it used to be

pujims - (25/05/12) I have many Pfaltzgraff pieces (bought years ago)that I do love, however since they stopped producing them in the USA and moved production to China the quality has declined. If you put an older plate made in the USA and a newer one made in China next to each other there is a visible difference, the feel of the painting/glazing is also of lower quality from China. I will no longer purchase anymore pieces from Pfaltzgraff since they moved the production to China and seem not to care that the quality is no longer what we expect from the brand.

4 Star Review Ok for the price, but be gentle

kazgoranji - (22/05/12) At first this laser was great. I'm building a large, multilevel stage platform and it has sped up the job considerably. with only 2 mounting locations I've been able to do all of my layout work. I've used most of the many mounting options and they have worked very well. Unfortunately I tried the vacuum system today. I stuck it to an untextured, completely flat piece of drywall. The seal was intact and making full contact, but the pump wasn't enough to hold the level. It fell off of the wall before I could make a single mark. It only fell 14", but it was enough to knock the laser out of level. Other lasers I've used in the past are much more forgiving towards mis-handling, but they are also much more expensive. For the price I think this is a decent tool. I'm not sure yet how Ryobi handles repair issues. Maybe that'll be a later review.

1 Star Review cost too much

donna272 - (22/05/12) I bought 2 of these thinking they'd get rid of mosquitos while camping. The candle burns out very fast... surely not the 4 hours they say it will burn for. The refills are way too expensive for just a little tea light candle and a little scented piece of felt. Who can affort to change it every 3 or 4 hours at about $5.00 a pop?? I live in real mosquito heaven and didn't find they were worth the money....these say they ONLY repel mosquitos whereas the pics actually kill them... so I'll be sticking to pics...what a waste of $25.00 for those two Off things !!
